edge squaring hydraulic press requirement for the finishing of the center stitched notebooks, magazines, booklets etc. It makes square shape of spine similar to perfect bound books. Open books flat without any damage to spine. Hydraulic pressure for clamping and squaring rollers can be set to suit the thickness of books. Machine is available in different sizes.

While machine is in operation, it is easy to adjust the size of the sheets with the help of a wheel.

For stacking sheets a delivery conveyor is provided to carry the cut sheets.

This machine can also be synchronized directly with corrugation machine.

The cutting length can be infinitely varied in between the range (1.5) with a PIV gear box, comprising of imported chain.

The belts convey the cut paper or 2 ply for manual collection.

Separate reel stand is provided for paper cutting length of sheet (16" to 80") Approx.

The cutting capacity can be changed and is optional as per requirement.
